- One accounting review service for the financial file of one case, provided by the owner of Bayyina: a review of a calculator's inputs and results, or a review of an accounting expert report, and a written memorandum of accounting observations. - The review is accounting-based and is not a legal opinion, and it does not include appearing before the court or acting as an expert in the case.
Part 1: Claims calculators (Excel)
- Labor entitlements calculator: End-of-service award in all cases of termination and resignation, leave, overtime pay, notice compensation, compensation for termination, and delayed wages; with the Labor Law amendments in force from 1446/08/20 AH, and a statement of what changes before that date.
- Commercial claims calculator: Receivables account statement, debt aging analysis, value-added tax, and the penalty clause for non-monetary obligations under the Civil Transactions Law.
- Partnership and company liquidation calculator: Shares, current accounts, drawings, distribution of profits and losses, and the order of settlement on liquidation.
Part 2: Expert report kit
- Expert report review checklist (Excel): 60 items based on Article 124 of the Procedural Rules of the Law of Evidence, Articles 19 and 20 of the Rules Regulating Expertise (before the Courts), and the Forensic Accounting Standard. Answer each item and it produces a list of grounds for objection and the basis for each ground.
- Expert deadlines calculator (Excel): The deadline for written questions, the final report, deposit of the expert fee, recusal of the expert, and more, with extension for holidays and Hijri dates using the Umm al-Qura calendar.
- Four Word templates: A memorandum discussing and objecting to the expert report, a request for recusal of the expert, a memorandum proposing the expert's mission and powers, and an agreement of the parties on the expert or on accepting the result of the report.

Notes before purchase
- The files are in Excel (.xlsx) and Word (.docx) formats, with no macros, and work on Excel and Word 2013 and later.
- Every calculation rule and every item in the templates is tied to a specific legal article, and the legal references are updated to 2026-10-04.
- Updates are free for 12 months from the date of purchase.
- The tools do not calculate any interest on debts.
- Not included in this release: the estate calculator and the periodic arrears calculator (rent and alimony).
Refund policy
- The buyer is entitled to a full refund within 7 days of the date of purchase if no file has been downloaded.
- After the files have been downloaded, the amount is not refundable, unless a file is corrupted or does not match its description and is not fixed within 3 business days of our being notified.
