Can the files be edited?
Yes. All the Word and Excel files are open. You type the case details in the yellow fields, and you can edit any other text. The calculation sheets in Excel are protected against accidental edits, and their password is in the user guide.
Which version of Office do I need?
Word and Excel 2013 or later. The files also open in LibreOffice.
Is Bayyina legal advice?
No. It is a set of support tools for lawyers; assessing the facts and applying the law remain the lawyer’s responsibility.
Is the product approved by the Ministry of Justice?
No. The tools are built on the published statutory texts, and we are not affiliated with the Ministry of Justice or any government body.
How do I receive the files?
The download link appears on your purchases page right after payment and is sent to your email. The link is valid for 7 days and 10 downloads per file, and you can request a new link whenever you need one.
What happens if a law is amended?
We update the affected files, and you receive the new version free within 12 months of purchase, together with a file explaining what changed.
Can I share the files with colleagues?
The individual license covers one lawyer. The Firm License covers up to 10 lawyers in the same firm.
Do the calculators compute interest on debts?
No. The commercial claims calculator computes penalty clauses and compensation under the Civil Transactions Law, and does not compute any interest.
What is the review service?
An accounting review of the financial file of one case, included in the "Complete with Review" bundle. You send the documents and receive our notes within 10 business days; the service can be used within 12 months of purchase.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, a full refund within 7 days if no file has been downloaded. After download, refunds are given only for a damaged file, or one that does not match its description, that we have not fixed within 3 business days.
